If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid
Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.
We want you to be extremely satisfied with your order from Wynk Media. If you are not completely satisfied with your unused order (Order not completed) or prefer a different service, please let us know within the 10-day return period. We may in our sole discretion offer you a choice among the following options:
(i) a replacement for the services you ordered.
(ii) a reasonable substitute services for you to consider.
(iii) credits you can use to make future purchases from the Wynk Media.
(iv) a full refund of your purchase price for returned services.
Order cancellations by Wynk Media
Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
Order cancellations by customer
Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless Wynk Media website is unable to fulfil the order in any way. In case of cancellation of order after delivery of the gift/service, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery of the service and we shall work on a mutually agreeable solution.
Delivery
All Services can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.
Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked.
We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get it delivered on the date and time requested. However, in certain cases, there could be delays.
